A mixed-use building that seamlessly integrates retail, hospitality and residential functions, the Marriott Signature Residences bring a new level and vibrancy to Downtown Markham. The project enlivens the site by extending the surrounding roadways and pedestrian-friendly blocks. Mid-block connections such as an interior courtyard and green roof with patios open the buildings to their surroundings at several levels.
