One of the largest and most exciting redevelopments in downtown Toronto, The Well is transforming 7.8-acres into a vehicle-free neighbourhood with seven buildings mixing offices and residences with retail, galleries, bars and restaurants.

Our responsibility is to design The Well’s multi-level retail corridor that will knit the mega development with the surrounding neighbourhood’s Victorian-era housing and former industrial warehouses now converted into new economy offices. An open street concept, under a glazed canopy, will protect The Well’s 10,000 users from rain and snow in a naturally-lit and ventilated environment, while creating an ambiance unlike anywhere else in North America.
