Indigenous Hub took home the award for Best New Community - Planned/Under Development at the 41st Annual BILD Awards held on Thursday, 7 October 2021. Located in Toronto's West Don Lands, also called the Canary District, this full block of development from Dream Asset Management Corp. and Kilmer Group will include both market and rental residential complexes, the restoration of the industrial era Canary Restaurant building for retail use, a Training, Education and Employment Centre, and the Anishnawbe Health Toronto health centre (which is designed by Stantec).
