Quadrangle led team shortlisted for Waterfront Toronto Design Competition

With qualification submissions from over 30 design teams in a dozen countries, we are pleased to announce a team comprised of Quadrangle Architects, aLLDesign (of London) and Janet Rosenberg & Studio (of Toronto) has been selected as one of five shortlisted teams to participate in a design competition to revitalize the Jack Layton Ferry Terminal and Harbour Square Park.

With Waterfront Toronto leading the competition, a 6-week design exercise will begin in preparation of a public exhibition scheduled for mid-March 2015 to showcase design concepts that elevate the quality of life for park and transit experience for visitors to Toronto’s island and contribute to the greater regeneration of Toronto’s Waterfront.
