Quadrangle is pleased to announce the recent signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Yangtze United Land Co., Ltd (YUD), a subsidiary of Yangtze River Economy United Development Group.

This partnership signifies a major step towards Quadrangle’s expansion in Asia and Mainland China. The MOU specifically relates to a series of large scale projects within Shanghai and the greater region. Quadrangle, approaching its 30th anniversary brings decades of experience and expertise in delivering innovative urban responses to design challenges and is excited to work together with YUD to realize new master plan, mixed-use, commercial, multi-unit residential and retail developments and projects.
