This April saw the conclusion of Vera Gisarov’s double term as President of the Association of Registered Interior Designers of Ontario’s Greater Toronto Chapter (ARIDO). During her time with ARIDO, Vera led the association through numerous programs and events, supporting the greater design industry, student development, and numerous community organizations throughout the GTA. Some of Vera’s favorite initiatives involved renovations to the Adelaide Centre for Women, Student Express Events, which brings together students and professionals for portfolio reviews, mentorship and networking opportunities and the ARIDO Christmas Drive, an annual initiative that supports families in need during the holiday period.

Congratulations to Vera who will remain active within the association and support the board until Spring 2015.
