Two Quadrangle designed mid-rise multi-unit apartment buildings have been nominated for a total of fifteen BILD 2014 Awards.

Duke Condos from TAS at Dundas and Keele received twelve nominations including the Best P2G (Potential to Give) in the Community of the Year category and Best Suite Design for under 750 sf and again in the 750sf to 1,500sf category. The High Park from North Drive, situated in Bloor West Village on High Park, received three nominations, including one for Best Model Suite and another for Best Suite Design, 750sf to 1500sf. Congratulations to both TAS and North Drive and the respective project teams. Winners will be announced on April 25, 2014.
