Hector is a licensed architect with two decades of experience spanning all project phases and building types including concept design, construction documents and contract administration.

A creative and disciplined project manager, he excels in project leadership and acts as a reliable point of contact for clients to ensure the seamless combination of aesthetics and building science in all his architectural solutions. He has extensive experience leading teams to complete multiple complex projects concurrently. Versatile and methodical, with a proven ability to lead design and production teams to deliver projects in CAD or in an integrated Revit environment, Hector also has extensive experience with municipal planning submittals, building code review, and LEED certification requirements. Hector’s portfolio of work at BDP Quadrangle includes Shoppers World Brampton, the Yonge Sheppard Centre Residential Tower (Pivot), and a number of residential redevelopments including 3050 Pharmacy Avenue, 340 Mill Road, and 600 and 620 Lolita Gardens.
