3300 Highway 7

Location: Vaughan, Canada
Client:
Ripple Developments
Completion:
2027

This new mixed-use community, comprised of two residential towers and one office tower linked by a podium of retail and townhouses, is thoughtfully integrated into the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre master plan. A grand urban gesture is created at the prominent corner of Highway 7 and Edgeley Boulevard, with a podium design that responds to the unique character of each of the frontages at the human scale. The responsive design creates a connection between the development and the new public park situated to the north of the development, reflecting the site surroundings and context to activate the public realm.
