We are proud to announce that two of our projects, The Well and Forest Towns/North on Bayview, have won Building Industry and Land Development (BiLD) Awards in the categories of "Best New Community - Built" and "Best Semi/Townhouse Design," respectively.

The Well, one of North America’s most ambitious developments, has received the "Best New Community-Built" award. Located on 7.8 acres in downtown Toronto, The Well has transformed into a pedestrian-centred neighbourhood with seven buildings that combine offices and residences with retail spaces, art galleries, bars, and restaurants. Our task involved designing the multi-level retail corridor at The Well in a way that seamlessly integrates this large-scale development with the surrounding Victorian-era homes and repurposed industrial warehouses. Our open street design is covered by a sculptural glazed canopy that shields users from the elements while offering an environment filled with natural light and ventilation and creating a unique environment not found anywhere else in North America

Forest Towns/North on Bayview, a 10-acre development at the northeast corner of Bayview and Elgin Mills in Richmond Hill, has won the "Best Semi/Townhouse Design" award. Alongside condominiums and vibrant neighbourhood retail, these elegant townhomes are thoughtfully arranged around a spacious park and set against a serene, protected greenscape. The design exudes luxury with its warm material palette, clean lines, and bold architectural forms, creating an unparalleled living experience.
