BDP Quadrangle is pleased to share that 80 Atlantic was honoured with an Award of Excellence and Yonge Sheppard Centre was honoured with an Award of Merit at the Toronto Urban Design Awards held on 14 September 2021.

The City of Toronto hosts the Toronto Urban Design Awards every other year to acknowledge the significant contribution that architects, landscape architects, urban designers, artists, design students and city builders make to the appearance and livability of the city.

80 Atlantic, a mass timber office building for Hullmark Developments Ltd., took home the Award of Excellence in the Private Buildings in Context – Mid-Rise category.

Yonge Sheppard Centre, a complex mall redevelopment with transit connections and new high-rise residential tower for RioCan, received an Award of Merit in the Large Places and/or Neighbourhood Designs category.
