Marcella is passionate about commercial architecture and loves to use her creative skills in finding solutions to challenges in the field through detailing and design.

Marcella joined the Studio in 2013 and since then has played a key role in strengthening the firm’s client relationship with Lululemon. Overseeing a number of accounts, she leads a dedicated retail team through the process of schematic design, design development, construction drawings, bidding and contract administration to closeout and has personally overseen the completion of more than 40 Lululemon stores. Marcella also takes an active role in business development initiatives and helped Lululemon launch their international expansion through design development and coordination for their first locations in Dubai, Hong Kong and Singapore. She was the Project Lead for notable projects including the new experiential retail Lululemon Queen Street West store, Uniqlo and the first standalone Christian Louboutin boutique in Canada. Working on projects across Canada and abroad, she has an abundance of experience in applying for building permits in multiple municipalities. In her spare time, Marcella is the firm's Canstruction Team Co-Captain and 20,000 lbs of food has been donated under her leadership in the last four years.
