The Hampton is located at 101 Roehampton Avenue in the burgeoning Yonge and Eglinton community of midtown Toronto and near the confluence of two major subway lines. The development consists of a new purpose-built 38-storey residential rental tower, which has been constructed adjacent to and integrated with an existing 19-storey 1970s vintage apartment building. The project will add 255 new rental units to the 128 existing apartments. The design features a disciplined window grid inserted into a solid brick and precast concrete panel exterior, as well as advanced mechanical features that offer both energy efficiency and a high degree of resident comfort.
