RUSH

Location: Toronto, Canada
Client:
Alterra Group of Companies
Completion:
2022

Located within the King-Spadina neighbourhood - a Heritage Conservation District and a designated "Regeneration Area" - RUSH is a contextual response to surrounding developments and the neighbourhood. Introduction of controlled graffiti along the exterior ground level of the 15-storey condominium embraces the influence of Rush Lane ("Graffiti Alley") and harmoniously integrates with the fabric of the neighbourhood while providing density.
