Condominiums in Maple, also know as Chelsea Maple Station, is a significant initiative supported by the City of Vaughan to redesign the lands around Maple GO Station to permit mid-rise, medium density residential and mixed-use development that supports the existing and planned infrastructure in the immediate area. It includes building around the heritage-designated GO train station while integrating the transit modes of Viva buses and GO Transit into the master plan.

The result is three, attractive medium density and mixed-use buildings that complement its surrounding built form and establishes a unified public realm that supports community engagement and positive circulation experience for commuters leading to Maple GO Station. The developments (two completed and one under construction) range in size from 131,000 sf to 285,000 sf.
