Abeja District is a residential development which subverts expectations of a typical suburban block typology by establishing a series of interconnected public and semi-public spaces that connect the interior of the development to the street level. The built form is three towers between 25-30 storeys on a shared podium, containing community uses and retail at grade, with the tower expression designed to draw upon the contrast between the fast-paced external environment and the intimate neighbourhood within.
