In October 2019, Director of Innovation Michelle Xuereb presented at TEDxToronto about the importance of designing communities that are resilient when faced with the effects of climate change. Building magazine recently published her speech as the feature article for their December 2019/January 2020 issue, sharing her message that connected communities are resilient communities and resilience is what we need in this time of accelerating change.
