On Thursday, September 22, Quadrangle's HOT Condos project was recognized by the City of Mississauga's Urban Design Awards with two awards: an Award of Merit and an Award of 'Healthy by Design'. These awards recognized the sensitive manner in which HOT Condos addressed a difficult suburban street surrounded by heavy traffic while still incorporating highly sustainable and pedestrian friendly elements.
